If your circumstances change, it is important that you notify us as quickly as possible as this may affect your policy and the speed in which any future claims can be paid.
Change of Contact Information Form: If you’ve changed your personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, employment etc) please complete the quick online form above and we’ll update our records.
Direct Debit Form: If you’ve changed your bank account or need to complete a new Direct Debit form, please download and complete the above form and return it to us by post.
