Superannuation
At Combined, we offer a number of superannuation options to all permanent employees. We believe superannuation is one of the most important benefits provided by Combined, representing our commitment to provide long-term financial stability for our employees.
Free Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Combined supplies this coverage free of charge. The A.D & D. Insurance provides worldwide 24 hour coverage for all employees.
In the event of your death, a lump sum benefit of two times the annual rate of basic salary or $500,000 which ever is lesser is paid to the beneficiary you nominate.
Training and Professional Development
At Combined we are committed to investing in your career development. In addition to providing comprehensive on-the-job training we are keen for our employees to attend any external courses that may also be beneficial.
Medical Insurance
Combined invites permanent employees to become a member of our Group Medical Benefits plan.
This Plan provides cover for private hospitalisation as well as consultations with GPs, specialists, physiotherapy, diagnostic tests, prescriptions and more.
The premium for the standard policy is paid by the Company, and the employee has the option to upgrade to a higher plan by paying an extra premium.
Discounted Combined Insurance Products
All employees have the opportunity to have Combined Insurance products at special discount rates.
Long Service Benefits
Combined wishes to recognise, reward and encourage continuous long term employment. Accordingly, we offer long service leave benefits such as 13 weeks on full pay after 15 years continuous salaried service. In addition we provide milestone awards based on reaching specific years of service.
